PepQuiz collects one piece of personal information: the email address you choose to submit at the end of the quiz, together with your quiz answers. We use it to send you your match results, the discount code you requested, and occasional educational emails about researching the peptides in your match.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, and we never share your quiz answers or any health-related information with advertising platforms. Anonymous, non-identifying usage analytics (which quiz steps are viewed) contain no email or personal data.

Your email and answers are stored only with our infrastructure providers (database and email delivery) solely to operate this service.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops all future emails immediately.

If you click through to Prism Labs, their privacy policy governs anything you do on their site.

To request deletion of your data, reply to any email we've sent you and ask — we'll remove your record.
