How to reconstitute a vial
- 1Clean the stopper — wipe the vial's rubber top with an alcohol swab and let it air-dry.
- 2Draw the water — pull your chosen amount of bacteriostatic water into a syringe.
- 3Add it slowly — let the water run down the inside glass, not straight onto the powder.
- 4Swirl, don't shake — gently swirl until it fully dissolves; shaking can degrade peptides.
- 5Store cold — keep the reconstituted vial refrigerated and out of light; label it with the date.
